Will I have to count calories or track macros?

Nope! I utilize behavior-based coaching to to get you to your goal! Meaning instead of using strict food rules or tracking numbers, we use science-based nutrition education and behavior change to transform your current habits into more goal-supportive ones aka lifelong results! (Because who wants to track numbers for the rest of their life? Not this chick!) 

How much does your 1:1 nutrition coaching program cost?

There is a premium investment for my services with packages starting at $300 per month.

How long do clients typically work with you?

Typically, I work with clients for 6-9 months. Behavior-change and achieving results that are going to last longterm takes time, commitment, and consistency. And I want this to be your very last time EVER starting a weight loss program. That's why I recommend no less than a 3 month commitment.

What foods am I allowed to eat on your program?

Here is where my program is different from every other program you have tried before... ALL OF THEM! #allfoodsfit I will NEVER tell you what you can and cannot eat. Instead, I will teach you HOW to eat for your goals, health, and longevity while still enjoying all of the foods you love (and never making you eat something that you don't!)
